I am willing to bet that in 2010 goes on, the way of on-page and off-page SEO will change as we think it. I think we will see a transition to user metrics in determining ranking results. That combined with increased personalized results and we’ll be seeing a huge change of the searchers experience with Google and the other SEs. Every search result will not be made alike, just look at things like user involvement, bounce rate, bounce time, etc… Focus on a better user experience all around, and I think you’ll see better results in 2010.

Indeed a very nice article,Nowadays its very difficult to find a good SEO agency as their are so many of them providing with different services.
As their are many agency which use black hat techniques to increase traffic for their clients site.Anyways this article does provide some help in when hiring an SEO agency.
